The National Community Tax Coalition aims to constantly improve the skills and quality of professionals and volunteers in the free tax preparation field by providing training and leadership development.

We provide training, mostly through teleconferences, aimed at increasing the skill level of free tax preparers and their leaders on topics such as:

• using tax preparation software
• new developments in the field
• community tax preparation services
• asset building
• advocacy and tax policy
• data collection and retrieval
